Born in London to a Lebanese father and an English mother, Zalfa has worked and lived in Northern Europe and the Near East.  Over the last decade, she has focused her career on recruiting to Executive and Non-Executive roles across the Public and Private Sectors.  She began her career at Heidrick & Struggles where she specialised in appointments in the fields of education, government and international development.  While at the JCA Group, Zalfa worked on Board level appointments across sectors.

 

Today, Zalfa combines her cultural heritage with her love of executive search and expertise of the world of global education.

 

Zalfa was awarded a Masters degree in Management with distinction from Cass Business School as well as a Masters in Filmmaking from the London Film School. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
